Revan

Revan, Cremello with Appy heritage. My personal horse now; officially adopted with the Lewis family. He is in training for Classical Dressage and Working Equitation.
He is blind in his right eye and possible farsightedness in his left. My approach to his training had to change from using body language and silent cueing to verbal cues and direct feel through the rope halter and eventual leg and weight aids.

We are currently working on the basics of simple grooming routine, hose down, move from direct pressure, circle, hold hooves for trimming, trim quietly and pick feet up with light dressage whip tap cues. I expect to work on these things for the next few weeks and re-evaluating for progress. Don't want the little guy to get bored.

Revan has started with voice training and using the sound of a spinning mustang rope as cues.
